Run a Call of Army/Unknown Cthulhu's game, that is.
You could do far worse than check the trade paperback
edition of The Courtyard. It's superbly adapted off
the short story by Alan Moore.

It is an Unknown Armies story that has slithering,
strong Lovecraftian elements.

And it's very decently priced.

Go to your local comic shop and give it a whirl. 

It's published by Avatar Press, too.
