That seems right. Finding out you were a cannibal seems different than
finding out you Liked being a cannibal.

accidently eating human flesh. I'm not sure about the reason for its
ranking but I'm sure that a lot of it would be that in the situation you
would have enjoyed the meal. If the meal was bad it would probably be less
stressful than if it was the best meat you'd ever had. In the first case
you were forced to eat something vile and detected that. In the second case
you like the taste of human flesh, which is far harder for most people to
work into their concept of self.
