[UA] Unpublished Armies

I seem to recall a mention a little while back (around
when UA2 came out) that there was a section on
Otherspaces that somehow just didn't make it into the
book.

Was it never written, or is it sitting on a hard
drive?  If it's the latter, how's about we get a
little gimme, in honor of the pheonix.
