Another question, if their brain moulds itself to have always been
there, does the same apply for the rest of the world? Say for example
you _do_ switch Leonardo TMNT with *Katana vs Tank dude*, will the world
vividly remember KvTD as the Ninja wannabe forever trying to keep up
with the heroes in a half shell; or will there be Mob Justice at the
hands of rabid rans hitting out all over the world for taking away their
favorite character and inserting this nobody who isn't any good anyhow?

It has to be one of the Ninja Turtles!

Other questions are raised: Does the character disappear from their
fictional source (perhaps to be replaced by a real person nominated by
the
caster)? and do they 'remember' the fictional events of their life, or
does
their brain mould itself to reality, as if they've 'always been here'?
