	Ouch, I'm pretty sure I dislike this. I can be a 98 lb weakling
with a 20 body and a steak knife but if I get that jugular shot, you're
dead. This is why I agree with the 1% insta-kill. Otherwise mr 98lbs can
stab you all day long with his steak knife in the soft tissue (getting
criticals) and you can laugh him off. (I love the smell of hyperbole in
the morning.)

wielder's Body Stat. 

Other H2H weapons do similar Body Stat-capped Firearms
damage if they roll a Crit or Match.
