It's buying stock in space. It's the same reason ships
don't sail unless they can fill up their holds. Not
only does it make money, but without the weight the
ship is too high in the water and will capsize if
launched.

The problem, as you said: I give to my two cents, five
dollars and everyone chips in until you make your
target of $1000-00.

I see the problem is that you run out of fund-steam -
people not seeing anything worthwhile ie. nothing to
pirate off or through KAZAA, interest is lost, and
Greg Stolze gets a bad name for starting an industry
mutant scam-scheme by which people start similar stock
promises, and then disappear with the funds when the
product must come through.

And everyone blames Greg Stolze for inciting this
activity and role-playing games are banned in
Uzbekistan because they turn peopel into con artists.

The other wahy would be process-sort your word count,
and break down to a percentage.

A game costs $20 (or &10). Use the process sorting to
determine percentage of the stick a person buys in a
game for a $1.57, pdf the text and art (also a %) and
mail it off.

The more a person buys the more PDF he gets mailed.

This also allows Greg STolze Gamemeister to re-invent
the trust system - a feedback method by which a close
cabal of writers get copies of each others work to
verify the product is actually in existence.

The Cabal of Game Designers have little forum
discussions, open critique, and opinions to show
people that their product is viable.

Entering this exclusive clique is a word-of-mouth and
merit system; like a masonic lodge, you need a sponsor
to get in.

You dues are your own game comapny with logo, one
free/demo copy of the game to all the Gamemasons,
proving the work exists. They read through, and make a
vote if the product is within tolerable limits (there
is a lot of crap being churned out after all).

And everyone is happy, unless they have no credit
cards.

How does that sound?

Cheers,

Chris.
