[UA] Otherspacial Factors

The way I'd do this, if I were doing this, would be to classify 
otherspaces as (wait for it) minor, significant, and major.  The Ghost 
City and Wasteland sound like they'd be major; most Rooms of 
Renunciation would be significant; that little cubbyhole under the loose 
floorboard in the corner, with a bloodstain that's in a different 
location each time you enter, would be minor.
