[UA] Otherspacial Factors

Yeah, okay, I see how you're working it. Still seems kinda unnecessary to me, but whatever floats your boat. It seems pretty arbitrary what percentage score you would assign to any given property (or set of properties), as they don't necessarily mean anything in isolation, and even in combination a number probably wouldn't really relate all that much to how the Otherspace plays in the game (as this will hinge largely on the situation/scene/whatever that is taking place, and only to a limited extent on the properties of the place itself). It just seems like you're trying to bring in a rules system for the sake of it, where in fact things could be better handled in a more abstract manner. But then again, I could be wrong.

This way, if the Otherspace Stat, the agent can spend
experience on his Room, modifying it. And so can the
GM. This will reflect the myriad possibilities from
different aspects of the same Room.

A Room of Renunciation can also have tailored
specifics suitable for each individual game.

The Room Stat acts as a yardstick measurement
  comparable to other otherspaces.

The Wasteland would have a Room Stat of 90%, Ghost
City would be 75%, and the average room will be 15%
(One small room at 5%, and limited mobility at 10%) as
  a standard start-up skill.

  Any better?

  Cheers,

  Chris.
