[UA] Dumb Plutomancy question/stored charges

Some perfect counterfit hundeds.  Spend them on candy,
get change.  bam!  charge.  You get cash for something
esentially worthless.

Call in Debts- people who owe you money can be induced
to give it to you.  Scatter around  enough little
debts and you can reap a few before skipping town.

Stolen valuables you can pawn.
