THe real noodle-baker is if you tie him down and tell him you're going
to cut his hair unless he lets you trim his toenails. There is implied
consent either way :)

The fat lip is charge-neutral -- no gain, no loss.

Also, if you tie him down, the haircut is not a violation.  If you tie
him
down and say, "I'm going to slit your throat unless you let me trim your
toenails," THEN you get into a grey zone.
