[UA] Throw some ideas around

Traveling to a new place could be an excuse for all manner of weirdness. 
 Such as:

The classic "pathological liar on a plane."  There are a number of 
people out there, mostly men, who will spin highly caffienated, vaguelly 
plausible stories to you while on a plane, in a hotel, et cetera. 
 Usually these have something to do with politics.  Ie, there was a guy 
who claimed he had a cure for Gulf War disease, but that the CIA would 
kill him if they found out (which was of course why he was loudly 
telling  the story.)  You could have some guy make up a widely 
implausible story, then some randomness in london that makes it look 
like it might be true.  Heck, maybe it is true.  

The guy selling the camera might want something big for it.  Maybe he's 
an adept who needs them to steal some spell component.  

Have some nutcase Anglophile talk about how all english people conduct 
their bussiness in Pubs, and how they should suggest that to impresse 
their host.  If they set up a meeting, the cameraman comes (cuz he's 
desperate to get a good price for this camera).  But, he's a recovering 
Dipsomancer.  

Sorry, I know those were sorta lame suggestions, I'm kinda out of it 
right now.
