[UA] run it up the flagpole

So, I had this idea for a UA game, and the machete story clenched it.  The setting is Reno.  A little hole full of ugly people on the corner of the desert that wishes it was Vegas.  Rumor has it there's an Elvis impersonator (Ray Casivetis) who collects memorabilia of the king's.  In addition to one of Elvis's jumpsuits and more signed posters than you can shake a stick at, he has The rest of the fifth of burbon that Elvis was drinking the night he died.

Houston Biggs in an entropomancer.  He's after the bottle as a "favor" for a dipsomancer called Dr. Shakes.  Before you ask, Houston and Shakes aren't particularly friends, however, Houston believes that giving a major charge to a dangerous psychopath who drinks heavily is a big enough risk that it could earn him a major.

Enter the Daredevils, a TNI team consisting of a wheelman, a gunman with a specialty in crowd control, a demolitions expert, and a deaf-mute dipsomancer who can hear when he's drunk enough (-15% or more penalty) and can speak when he's drunk enough (-30% penalty).  Abel doesn't want Houston to succeed at whatever it is he's working on.  The Daredevils have close to figured it out.  And the dipsomancer will drop a nut over the shot at a second Major charge in his life (the first one "restored" his hearing and speech).

Neither knows that Casavites (the Elvis Impersonator) is an avatar of the true king (of Reno) and is currently involved in a struggle with another Elvis Impersonator, David Bresney (the true king of the Sands hotel), both duking it out in an extended power play to become the true king of Rock and Roll.  Bresney is sick of the subtlety, and has hired some goons to hit Casavites.

I figure all the players have to be is in Reno and not stupid and they'll catch wind of something.
