If i ever actually get to play in this game, as opposed to stewing it
and occasionally running it, I am going to make a cobweb farmer that
gets charges from places like these.

Oh, man, the Order of St. Cecil is going to be a significant player in 
*my* UA game, whenever I get around to running it.  It's *begging* for 
a sourcebook.

Or a "Declare"-style secret agents sourcebook.  Mmm.
