[UA] Synchronicity

I still think my favorite "UA name" schtick came up way before 1ed was even
out.  We were playtesting, and the PCs had run into this fussy, finicky
skeptic.  Just to play gainst type, I decided to give him a really macho,
rawboned name -- "Buck."  When they asked for his last name, I was at a
loss, so I looked over at the bookshelf and saw something that had been
reprinted as a Dover classic edition.  So I said "...Dover.  His last name
is Dover."

There was a brief pause before I put it together and said, "Yes, his name
is Buck Dover."
