[UA] 1st v 2nd edition

I have a copy of the first edition (from quite awhile ago) and have run a
couple adventures with it.  I'm planning on starting a new campaign with my
new group but I was wondering if it would be worth picking up and using
second edition... any thoughts? what are the improvments or not so
improvments of second versus first?
