[UA] A place to start my UA campaign

It can drift

It can drift to Portugal, but it's hard to start a campaign right in the
middle of Sleeperland. Maybe the PCs will come here later in the
campaign - or be dragged here (evil wink). Anyway, I want to keep the
importance of Lisbon (where we all live) in the UA universe a secret
until they stumble into it.

And in some ways it is easier on anybody to start the campaign in the
USA because they're the "fictional space" _par excellence_ in the
Western mythological landscape. In other words, 40% of the fiction
consumed in Portugal is either American or very connected to America
(40% is Brazilian, and only soap operas, and very little weirdness, I'm
afraid). 

Anyway, America is MY imaginary landscape. I assume it'll stop being
that as soon as I go there for a visit. On the other hand, that might
just be enhanced. One never knows.

That's why I've decided to start the campaign in Austin, Texas.
