Well, it wouldn't TECHNIQUELY be out of ammo as long
as you left a round in the chamber.
That's what I thought. But then again I am the GM.
Although technically popping a fresh clip for me would
be like changing the crow's food bowl, and can be seen
as "changing" not running dry - as long as there's a
round in the magazine or chamber.
I just needed to know when Polly and Cracker needed to
stop firing.
