I like the idea that if characters with lots of charges break taboo they
cause a whole lot of unnatural phenomena.

This post wasn't really to address a practical concern, more just something
I was thinking about in theory. After all, I am running a street level game,
and my players won't even learn what a charge is for many months. And yeah,
there are plenty of ways to force most PCs to break taboo.

However, just thinking about it theoretically... there *could* be an
Urbanomancer or Pornomancer who simply hoarded charges and never beoke
taboo, and that kind of goes against the idea of what it is to be an adept.
I'm aware that some schools are supposed to hoard more than others, but I
think 50-100 charges is a pretty big stockpile for any adept.

So yeah.. I was just a limit that seemed to make sense in flavour and
theoretical terms.
