[UA] The Charioteer again.

I'll see what I can do. I probably won't end up making much use of it,
though, as it's only a GMC. The channels will probbly only come up
occasionally.

I just had a thought: What about a channel (possibly a variation on the
71-90%) where the charioteer can always know when certain (specified) people
will need a ride, so's he can show up to get them at just the right moment?
