I was going to have a spin-off game wherein the PCs
get to go to Europe (England and France hunting
something called the Autopsy Showing).

I created OU elements for England (Ada Fleming) and
the French Cabaret Noir.

One of the strong elements I was going to insert was
that the Sleepers were listed on Interpol as a
subversive terrorist organisation with strong links to
organised crime.

Instead of the Satan's Chosen, I had a cult of
Football Hooligans/BNP neonazi skinhead with a
werewolf ritual.

I intentionally blurred the lines between the Occult
and Criminal Underground in the U.K. (adepts are
specialists in their fields).

Greg Stolze's Knights of the Cross would fit in that
set-up like leather patches on tweed.
