[UA] Unknown Damage

I know when characters receive damage they tend to guage how long they can
go before taken down. The beauty of UA is the unknown damage factor in which
the characters take the damage but the players do not know how far off they
are.
Thus the roleplaying aspect of combat damage is a lot better than:
"You take a shotgun blast to the arm and take 33 points of damage."
In this example, I find some players cannot visual this. Knowning their
character has 50 wounds they feel they can take a few more, or know when to
flee.
"The shotgun's slug tears through your arm, like a frog in a blender. You
can hear the snap of bone as the slug travels through your muscle..."
Now the players do know that this is serious shit that is going down, and
will want to flee in terror. Or something to that effect.
