Chiming in from Singapore (contary to what some people think, it's not in 
the South of China).  :D  I haven't had any problems fitting UA into a local 
context, just that because our police officers are as efficent as they are, 
and the place as small as it is, it's really difficult to do anything 
remotely illegal (say, spitting) and not get entangled with the police.  Oh 
well, goes with the terrority I suppose; most of my players should know that 
much too.
