Eh. I'd stick with HTH damage. Most of the damage from a bullet is from the 
hydrostatic shock --

Experts have taken me to school on the idea of hydrostatic shock. They claim 
it's a myth. Anyhoo--I would also leave it as HtH damage, simply because the 
existential horror of being impaled seems like something you'd want the 
characters awake for.
