It basically gives snatches of search results from google, such as 'daniel butler is a freelance fisherman' ... type in some stuff and you often get bizarre results that are great as seeds for a campaign.
 
For a Max Attaker try Ronald McDonald, it says the Clowning One is Hitler at least twice...
