[UA] own heart as artifact

I just saw this picture of a boy who is playing with his own heart.  Just 
he had a heart transplant, and he's actually tossing around his old heart 
in his hands.  This has got to be some kind of UA artifact to have one's 
own heart.  I'd stick that in a jar on my shelf for sure.
