I feel pleased that I renamed Tranquility Bay in the
same way for my story seed. :)

My thoughts are something like PCs being inmates of
the facility who gradually learn that the staff are
inhuman things feeding off of madness. Every OP,
seminar, family meeting and other "therapy" treatment
is a madness check at a varied rank, every failed
notch provides food for the staff. Or something like
that. Haven't thought of an ultimate goal other than escape.
