Yes, and if these were the actual physical symptoms of DID, I'd agree.
These are not, however, the actual physical symptoms of DID. This is a
stereotype of the illness, which is in no way novel.  I can trace it to
Bloch (in Psycho) at minimum.

I'm not asking you to PC your play environment.  I'm just calling you on
what you claim is an accurate description of a real thing, when it is not an
accurate description of a real-world thing.
