RES: [UA] Brazil RPG?

Is "generical third world country". He just wanted to give it a real third
world country name. Maybe he likes the name "brazil", more than "peru" or
"uruguai". :)

  This reminds me: why is the movie called that? I loved the movie, but it
struck me as odd that it had no relation whatsoever to the country.
