Yes, it's camorra. 

The Mafia is Sicily-based,  while Camorra is based in Naples. 

Game-wise, If you want more realism, you could introduce 
'Ndrangheta in your campaign, which is based in Calabria (a region 
of Southern Italy). 

This organisation is much less known outside Italy than mafia, but 
it does have its ties and connections outside Italy and overseas. 

There is a fourth, less known but somewhat more brutal 
organization: the Sacra Corona Unita (Holy United Crown) which is 
based in Puglia.
