I shoulda read over the message better before I
posted.

What I was trying to say is, Julie has probably got
herself in trouble in the game shop before.  Maybe the
manager will take that into account, if you ever want
to try again. 

Also, you did a good job.

Also, what do you do when stuck with a player who just
wants to play GAME X?  One of these days, that might
be me and GAME X might be UA.
