[UA] True King (was Re: Gardener)

1. I think the True King needs to stay area-based. King of Hospitals good, 
King of Road good, King of Central Park better, King of Veterinarians not so 
good.

2. Why do all archetypes need to be on the same scale? I see no problem with 
some far-reaching ones and some specific ones.

3. Yeah, the Dark Stalker's not so great as written. But a cool idea.
