I ran a one-shot a while back which ended with all the players enjoying
being part of the same weird group, and could have run further if we'd had
time.
I took the demon-possession scenario from LGM and ran it with a disparate
group of people connected to each kid (hippy, mother, pro-ball player
father, private dick hired to find runaway) and some other random people
(insurance salesman, Dederer's landlord) showing up at the same time. Then
we broke for food, then I put them all through Bi3P - having allowed enough
time to elapse that they'd dispersed again. After the Dederer game, the
hippy had an 11-year-old demon rattling round his head making periodic
attempts to take over - he asked Dederer if he could put a demon in his
head, don't ask me - and the private dick was dead.
By the end, they were really freaked, and wanted to know why they'd been
gathered a second time. It was cool.
