I like the idea of a cabal of pranksters. The capacity
for cruel practical jokes in UA is an endearing
feature, one of the neat parts of the world and a
reflection, perhaps, of its innate humanity.
For one thing, telling the players "you're pranksters"
might spark some simple initiative on their part,
especially if you've got a group that came from some
less permissive game masters.
I recommend Pen & Teller's "Cruel Tricks for Dear
Friens," "How to Play with your Food," "How to Play in
Traffic" and their seminal film, "Pen and Teller Get
Killed" for a good source of inspiration.

I beleive Tim mentioned the Cruel Ones, which pop into
my head whenever someone mentions Transmigration.
You know, you could create this missing Andy Warhol
peice pretty easily. There's pictures of Cagliostro
here and there on the net and in some better occult
dictionaries. If you have a photo manipulation
program like Photoshop, you could do a line of
Cagliostro pictures, alternating their tint and
background color. It would certainly imply
transmigration.

Argh! I was wrong! I thought the DEATH sentence was
carried out in San Leo! Serves me right for not doing
more research before posting (in my defence, all my
reference books were still packed at the time.)

I see the Dealership more involved than the Trickster,
especially if you encourage the characters to screw
eachother (in a playful manner.)
