Luckily, my players don't mind changing genres, the (small) 
problem is that they tend to move their favourite roles into the new 
genre (ie the big bruiser type, the wizard/intellectual type, etc.)

One of the thing I like about UA is that you are somewhat 
encouraged to pick your "average Joe" as a character.
