I've run IMR three or four times now, though never at a con. In fact, I
use it to introduce new players to roleplaying. I've never really had a
bad run, though the PCs have only managed to "cross over" once; usually,
they end up killing each other.

Truth be told, though, I'm starting to get a little sick of it. I've got
about four people who I want to introduce to the hobby, and I've been
considering a UA scenario, possibly one from One Shots or Weep. Is there
any scenario that folks on the list particularly recommend?

"'That would have stopped the Soviet offensive right there,' I said.
"Zhukov would still be trying to account for the cat's death.'"
