[UA] Dipsomancer Demonic Possession and Fear Passion

Hi,

I've got two questions concerning UA rules. 

Dipsomancers can summon demons and talk with them in their heads. As they
have no spells which could control them (except soul vintage etc.. to coerce
them) what happens next? The dipsomancer has now a demon talking with him - and
after some time or so a clash of wills should occur as the demon would
probably try to take control of the dipsomancer..

But the rules are a bit unclear about that. The process of demon control
desribed in the rulebook - as I understand it - apply only for using a spell to
control the demon (and even then it's really really difficult...)

So a dipsomancer would be well advised to put any summoned demons in the
next bottle, I suppose... (More taste, less filling...)

How do you guys handle this?

Another question I have is the use of the fear passion. If a character is in
a situation where his passion applies he would have to make a stress roll -
but at what rank? It would make sense to me to define the rank based on the
situation at hand - the worse it is the higher the rank gets.. As stated in
the rulebook a character would have to make a stress roll whenever he gets in a
situation in which his fear passion apllies - and that would give him
notches in his meters really fast...

Any thoughts about this?
