Well my plan was to realize several things at once.
Most importantly I want to be able to manage my about 60-100
NPCs and all the relevant info about 
locations etc.

so here is a short list of tables I thought I would need:

-NPCs: Names, Description, Occult Background, Special abilities,
for some I even need the whole charsheet stuff
-Maybe a table for the PCs
-Occult Organisations (HoR, TNI, Cults, ...)
-Magic Schools
 Spells
-Locations relevant in my campaign
-Companies relevant in my campaign
-Personality Types, Skills, Hardened/Failed stuff from the book
-Certain plot pieces about ghosts and who they possess 

cannot think of anything else right now ...

Most importantly I eventually want to be able to make
some kind of relationship table, who knows who and who
likes/hates who ...

I have worked with an oracle db before with a self-written
web-interface but right now I only have access to mySQL or
other free dbs or as I said to MS Access (which is the least
liked but fastest variant and I have little time to spare)

Well once I begin working on my master thesis for good I might
find some more time again so nothing is decided yet, but 
maybe some people can think of more information for such a
campaign-database.
