Sorry, meant to ask: is there a reason why people in the US are said to be 'up
North' if they're behind bars? Put that together with 'going West' (slang for
dying), 'going South' (when your plans screw up), and something to do with
'going east' and you've got the components of sime kind of weird teleportation
device. Or maybe not. Hey, look, it's 7:30 and I haven't slept yet. ;-)
