[UA] Commumancy

This is interesting.  It's not the way I would have done it, which is
great.  It might be really fun to see several varying versions of Commie
magick, based on the different interpretations people have.

By the same standard, different visions of chaos magick or flesh magick
would be interesting too, though I suspect that the "standard" versions of
them have become ingrained enough in UA players that it would be hard to
get something really different.  When I think "history magick" I think
Cliomancy and it would be very hard for me to think of a new and excitingly
different type...

Though UA2 does include advice and rules for tweaking and personalizing the
schools, so that you can have a fleshwarper whose take is based on
anorexia...
