RES: [UA] Old groups and power

About culturally relativistic Archetypes/Avatars I sorta see it as 
places can semi-ascend (this is probably because I read Ken Hite's 
campaign summary Suppressed Transmission before reading Unknown 
Armies).  America is currently Ascendant and so it has the biggest 
say with regards to the IC.  Western culture, especially the American 
version, drives the interpretations of Archetypes.

I like this as opposed to purely mundane reasons for more modern 
Archetype interpretation pushing old ones out.  Mostly because it 
allows for eerie things like the icons of pagers and cell phones Greg 
suggested.
