[UA] Old groups and power

They don't work because a lot of magic has to do with the mind and 
obsessions of the magickers.  Different times produce different mindsets.  
It's not that the old stuff is junk, it just doesn't work for anyone riding 
our zeitgeist (I think that an anthropomorphic "Zeitgeist" character would 
rock.  If it was a lao the Zeitgeist would ride us all).
