Don't forget the Two Faced Man. No court is complete without an evil vizier..

As for the countless feminine archetypes being discussed, I like the idea 
that Maiden/Mother/Crone represents the oldest model, then Virgin/Whore, then 
the newly-emerging Wechby and Flying Woman. The first shift is naturally 
associated with the advent of Christianity and modern religion in general, 
and the second shift more with the sexual revolution and women's movement.

Now for actual content. Let's say a splinter group of Wiccans forms with 
significant differences from the "mainstream" religion. Characters have to 
figure out why. Turns out it's because the mainstream really is a 
continuation of ancient Paganism, and has therefore lost power long ago, but 
the new group is separate and new enough to tap into postmodern magic. Cue 
clio/crypto type conspiracies to explain the historical misapprehensions. And 
probably some kind of Clergy meddling to do with the influx of power into 
splinter Wiccans.
