There's a restaurant here in the Springs that'll do
you dolphin. If you prefer, they have ostrich, buffalo
and bear (I doubt it's kodiak.)  They haven't offered
kimono dragon, yet, but you never know.

Never forget that the guys who did South Park actually
came from Colorado.  Here in America's Heartland, we
eat what we shoot, unless it's because of a "Make My
Day" law.  With a little more liberal interpretation
of the rampant fundamentalist philosophies out here,
I'm sure the ingestion of prowlers you shot on your
own lawn could be arranged.
