I prefer the standard adding verb and noun and rolling under for success. I
did have some guidelines for backlashes and such, however. Keep in mind that
I'm going for all-coincidental magic here.
-OACOWA = magic works perfectly and has far-reaching beneficial side-effects,
but not be entirely coincidental
-Under verb+noun, match = success, and whatever coincidence was selected
turns out to have some beneficial side-effect
-Under verb+noun, non-match = straightforward success
-Over verb+noun, non-match = not enough power, spell fizzles out
-Over verb+noun, match = too much power, coincidence goes out of control.
(ex.: your Creo Ignem gas fire spreads to other houses on the block)
-BOHICA = magic goes completely out of control in a non-coincidental way
