I like the Pope, but he's seriously gone soft.  I mean, it's one thing when 
the U.S. says sorry to Japan for dropping the big ones on them; that's just 
a couple of countries going at it.  Mother Church, though!  Seriously, when 
did the Pope have to explain what he was up to, anyway?  He's God's main 
man!  Jeeze, when the embodiment of the church, spiritual descendent of St. 
Paul the Baptist, has to say "sorry", you know the world's going to Hell.
