I dug it up when I was doing some quick research for
the city write-up on Colorado Springs  (you're all
just drooling over this one, aren't you?)

Locke, himself, the fat bastard, is a great character
for use as an antagonist in games. I've used him for
several Call of Cthulhu adventures and even had him
walking around as a vampire in a particularly
disastrous masquerade I ran once.  As far as chief
entity in a UA racist cabal goes, here's a slightly
slanted idea of how good his organization skill was:

(This is from the local Springs paper which rivals
only the Oregonian and, now, the combined Rocky
Mountain News/Denver Post in useless coverage -except
for gaming materials, that is.)

I couldn't possibly fit all the dirt on Locke and the
Klan into the Springs city swap I'm trying to do (and
won't be finished with for several weeks -I've got a
Con to prep for up in Denver, CO.)  Some of the other

What if Heaven and Hell are simply different
perceptions of the same afterlife?  Maybe the Cruel
Ones are only cruel from the point of view of demons. 
No one else seems to have a problem with them.
