    It's short for "obligatory."  If I were to make a long, boring post
about my day at work, for instance, I might write an ObUA line relating my
day to something from UA.  The meaning is generally, "Oh, this is the UA
mailing list, and I'm way off-topic.  Here's a comment about the game."
