Okay, it seems that the version of "New Joke City" I sent out was an old
draft.  I had a newer one with stuff like [some bad part of the city]
actually replaced with the name of some bad part of the city.  D'oh.  But
you get the idea, right?

	As for "Ob," I've inferred from context that it means "regarding"
