Yup. That's how I see it, at least. Minor charges are easy (I live at
fifty meters from one). Significant sites, not as easy. I don't think
you can get major charges in Europe, since there are more cliomancers in
Europe than in the US, and sites get harvested before ten years. And
surely some sites are booby-trapped.

On this subject, I've been wondering if cliomantic sites can develop
psychic echoes. If so, cliomancers would probably avoid some sites if
they can. Getting charges from Auschwitz could be a very unpleasant
experience.
