[UA] OU in Europe (was Re: City Swap)

While UA is a very american game, and I prefer to set my UA games in the
US, I don't think the OU is going to be radically different here. Sure,
there's probably more old magic around -mostly because research and
artifact hunting is gonna be easier- but most of the postmodern schools
fit (except pornomancy, which it's restricted to the CotNG). Less
gunplay, though, since most european countries have strict gun laws. 

Plus, Europe has been throughly invaded by US culture. Toledo is
probably the most 'medieval' spanish city I know - part of The Ninth
Gate was shot in Toledo - and there's a McDonald's in the main square,
IIRC.  

As for Cliomancy, I think meaning is more important than historical
value. So getting sig charges is not as easy as it would seem - most
people will look at a historical site and think 'gee, just another old
building'.
